As an acupuncturist and nutritional therapist, I have worked, in the last 10+ years, with hundreds of women struggling with their fertility.

What is Suddenly Fertile not about?

– It’s not a magic wand
Improving the environment in your body for conception to take place takes time. It would be amazing if I could give you THE trick that will make conception happen there and then but unfortunatly, it doesn’t exist.

– It’s not about looking at blood test results etc… and analysing them.
Some functional tests such as the DUTCH test can tell you a lot of where imbalances are. But it’s also a really complex area where you will need the input of a fertility nutritionist on a 1-1 basis

– It’s not a diet as such
Yes I know that dreaded word made its way here. But Suddenly Fertile is not about restricting yourself, loosing loads of weight or forcing yourself to eat things you don’t like. Our method is about nurturing your body so pregnancy can happen. It’s about eating the right foods for you and implementing the right lifestyle changes that will move along that journey to conception.

This course is a self-paced online course. All the different sections will include video presentations as well as pdf transcripts.

How hard is it to implement?
We understand that implementing nutrition advice can be tricky. You will find cheat sheets, pdf and summaries to help you along the way.

When can I start?
You can start as soon as you feel ready!

Who will benefit from this program?
Any woman on a fertility journey will benefit from the steps in this course. This is regardless of whether you have a specific condition such as endometriosis or PCOS, have unexplained infertility or want to get ready for your next IVF/ICSI cycle.

How quickly can you expect some results?
It usually takes at least 3 months to see some evident changes in your menstrual cycle, egg quality etc….

Is that advice really reliable?
Sabine has more than 10 years experience working with women with fertility problems. She has supported hundreds of women both with acupuncture and nutrition to regulate their cycle and get pregnant. Both Chinese medicine and diet therapy have a track record in helping women to conceive. What you will find in the Fertility Diet is the distilled knowledge from both Chinese medicine and nutrition to make the best of your own body’s ability to conceive.

Will I be able to speak to you if I have some questions?
You will be able to ask questions in our private FB group and get support from either myself or other women doing this course. There will also be some weekly sessions in small groups where you will be able to ask me questions directly.
